We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 within the United States and on orders over $200 in other countries.

- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 6-15 business days (excluding production time)
- Express Shipping: Delivery in 6-11 business days (excluding production time)
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 4-6 business days (excluding production time)
Our standard shipping carriers are automatically selected from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or YunExpress. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery through the chosen carrier.

Our products are made-to-order.
Please note that all our products are custom-made specifically for you. Once you place an order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications. As a result, there is a production time associated with each order.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For example, if you order an item, it will require 4-7 business days of processing/production time and 7-14 business days of shipping time (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 11-21 business days.

Delivery Time Exceeded
Due to the impact of peak season, international shipping may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at [email protected], and we will promptly investigate the situation with the transportation company. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
To change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at [email protected], including your order number and the details of the modification you wish to make. We will confirm once your change or cancellation has been processed. Keep in mind that changes or cancellations may not be accepted in some cases.
You can only cancel or modify your order within 4 hours on weekdays or 12 hours on weekends after placing it. After this period, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be canceled. Please note that a management and transaction fee of 30% of your total order value will be applied for cancellations.
