How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation at
[email protected]. Please note that cancellations will not be permitted after the 12-hour period following the approval of the order.
*Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Our Customer Service team will review your order and confirm as soon as possible.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, your shipping address cannot be changed. We kindly ask that you use your residential address instead of a vocational one, as we cannot predict how long the destination’s customs department may hold the package.
When will I get my tracking number?
Once the order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 5 to 7 business days for your tracking information to be updated.

Tracking status is “not available” within 2 to 3 business days from the time you have received your tracking number

How long does delivery take?
Processing time for personalized items may take longer, from 5 to 7 business days. Once the shipment is loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 5-8 business days for the United States, and 18-24 business days for other countries.
Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as delays in holiday seasons.
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days from your order arrival date via Royalsjersey .com. I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
At the moment we are temporarily suspending express shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days after we receive your cancellation request.
If the credit has not yet appeared in your account, please reach out to your card-issuing bank for further assistance.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Why hasn’t the tracking status been updated?
Tracking information may not update immediately in some cases, especially with registered airmail shipments. However, please be assured that your item is on its way.
Here are a few reasons why tracking information may not be available:
– There may be delays between the scanning events and updates on the website.
Once we have shipped the item, it may take a few days for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status. Therefore, please be patient and try again later.
– The package might not be scanned until it arrives at the regional hub close to the destination.
– There may be no updates available while the package is in transit between the origin and destination countries. The tracking information should resume once your package reaches your local country.
– Some shipments are not trackable, such as flat rate shipping, unless a tracking number was purchased at checkout.
